The PrintVisor Subscription is an auto-renewal product that is valid for one year. Once you get the license key, the subscription begins on the purchase date and automatically renews each year unless you cancel it. This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to get and activate your Subscription license key.
Buying the license key
To buy a PrintVisor Subscription license key:
- Go to https://www.printvisor.com/buy;
- Set the desired number of printers you want to monitor in your organization and proceed to checkout;
- When the payment is complete, you will receive an email from PayPro, an e-commerce platform. Open the email containing the 24-digit License key for PrintVisor Subscription and copy it to clipboard;
Important: You should activate your license key immediately after purchase. The subscription period begins on the purchase date, not when you activate the key.
Note: License keys can be obtained from a reseller if you cannot buy them directly from us.
Activating the license key
- Log in to the PrintVisor Admin Panel by following this link: https://printvisorcp.com;
- Switch to the Subscription tab;
- Paste the license key under Redeem a license key and click on the Activate button.
