With our new app, you can monitor all company’s printers and paper usage from one place.
PrintVisor is a remote monitor for all your printing devices. It communicates with printers located in the office (or multiple offices) and shows summary statistics via the interface and a web dashboard. Track paper usage, ink and toner levels, monitor print queues, see what’s being printed, and check printer statuses in real-time.
…with Printer Monitoring Software by Developers
View more detailed statistics through the PrintVisor Admin Panel! It can be accessed online from any web-connected device. Computer- and printer-related data is displayed on one page, so you can see everything without having to connect to each printer via remote access or stand up from your workplace and walk up to it.
With PrintVisor, you can monitor all company’s printers from one dashboard, even if you or your workforces are remote.
The cool thing is that printers can be far away from you! So whether the printer is next door or in another country – you can still see its status and see what’s happening with it.
What you can do with
Get data on printers:
Ink & toner levels on a history timeline: how much ink/powder is left and was spent
Printers’ availability and status: ready, available/unavailable, possible errors, out of paper, needs attention, etc.
The workload of each device: you can analyze which printers are most loaded and which are idle
Track paper usage:
How much paper is spent from each workplace? View what types of files and how many pages were printed from a certain PC last 24 hours, week, month
Summary/local print queue in real-time: how many docs and pages are being sent to a printer from one or a few computers at once
Download for free while in beta!
PrintVisor is available for download as an open beta* – get early bird access to it! Just leave your email in the form below, and you’ll get the download link in your inbox. We’ll also need your email to be able to notify you when a major update is released.
*There are many different printers out there, so it may be necessary to adapt PrintVisor to the printing devices it does not support yet. If this happens, you are welcome to contact us – we’ll fix this issue for you.
How to get started quickly after installation
1. Create a company profile for centralized printer fleet monitoring
A single profile must be created for the entire company to let you see overall statistics for all printers. All monitored printers within your organization will be connected to this ID.
2. Install PrintVisor on all PCs & execute the activation file
Log in to the company account or use the activation file to link other PCs with installed printers. This way, the program can collect statistics from them and their printers too!
3. All set! Now you can monitor printing in the company
Now the administrator can view all the printing activity on one screen – from the interface or the Admin Panel.
Monitor All Printers Remotely in the Entire Enterprise Across Different Locations
PrintVisor consists of two parts: desktops/workstations that send data from printers and a server where common data is collected. You can view all this data online – via the PrintVisor Admin Panel.
In the Admin Panel, you can view print-related data divided by sections: Dashboard, Printers, Computers, Statistics. It contains print logging and detailed statistics on printed files: time of printing, time of waiting, who initiated printing, the number of paper sheets used, computer uptime, and more.

Here’s what the devs have to say

When batch printing with Print Conductor, you can use print reports to estimate paper costs – but this works only for files processed by Print Conductor. If you want to monitor all print activity regardless of the software used, try PrintVisor.
